In Greene County magistrate court Ricky Duane Wunschell of Wall Lake was sentenced Nov. 8 to 30 days in jail on a charge of assault. All but five days of the jail term was suspended. He may serve the jail time in Sac County. He was placed on probation for one year to Boone/Greene County Probation. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

Bounds of Omaha, NE, possession of drug paraphernalia; Christopher Craig Edwards of Carroll, disorderly conduct- fighting/ violent behavior; and Nathan Christopher Moissinac of Jefferson, public intoxication.
